Dank Works Members are expected to be responsible for the laws according to their own place of residence.

In Pennsylvania we adhere to the retail laws regarding THCa. There is no state level permit/license requirement in Pennsylvania specifically for wholesaling, retailing or brokering hemp and hemp products.

In Delaware we operate as a not-for-profit recreational cannabis club collective. We do not take direct payment for any of our products to make a profit, as per Delaware Law. We are not a storefront dispensary. I repeat, we are not a storefront dispensary. We are a private cannabis club collective engaging in the private adult sharing of cannabis amongst our members.
